As a real estate agent and co-founder of Nick & Traci Realty, I’m proud to serve the communities of Haldimand County and beyond with a people-first, community-rooted approach. I grew up here—playing soccer in Caledonia, fishing along the Grand River, and spending time on the trails. This region shaped who I am, and it’s a privilege to now help others find their place in the same communities that shaped me.
With a certification in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management of Ontario, I bring creativity and strategy to every listing—making sure each home is seen, celebrated, and positioned for success. My background in digital media also fuels my work with Nicholas B Media, where I support small businesses and non-profits in building their online presence. Whether I’m behind the camera, helping clients navigate their next move, or supporting local events, my heart is always rooted in building trust and bringing value to the people I serve.
I especially love working with first-time buyers—their energy and excitement remind me why I got into this work. My goal is always to walk alongside clients with clarity, care, and confidence, ensuring they feel informed and empowered every step of the way.

As a community-rooted real estate agent, leadership coach, and co-founder of Nick & Traci Realty, my work has always been about people first. With deep roots in Haldimand County, I’ve spent decades investing in the place I call home—through local sports organizations, youth programs, church involvement, and volunteer leadership. These experiences have helped me build lasting relationships across the region and shaped the heart I bring into real estate.
Alongside my work in real estate, I’m a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and the founder of Cornerstone Consulting Canada. For over 25 years, I’ve walked with individuals and organizations through growth, transition, and transformation. That same coaching mindset flows into how I support my clients—especially during major life transitions like buying a first home, expanding for a growing family, or navigating the emotional process of selling a family home.
My approach is grounded in trust, clarity, and care. I believe in equipping and empowering my clients with the insight and confidence they need to make wise, informed decisions. Whether I’m guiding a strategic plan or listening through life’s big changes, I’m here to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and truly at home in the process.
