Join the first-ever Let It Glow Neighbourhood Light Display Contest—a community celebration of creativity, connection, and Holiday Spirit. We’re lighting up Caledonia together, one home at a time.

Let It Glow is a community-wide Holiday lights contest in Caledonia, open to anyone who loves spreading seasonal cheer.
From twinkling classics to imaginative, colourful displays, every home adds to the magic.
Voting Period: November 28 – December 28
Winners Announced: December 29
This is the first annual Let It Glow event, and we hope to make it a favourite Caledonia tradition for years to come.
Giving Back to the Community
The Let It Glow contest is all about lighting up hearts and homes.
Participants and visitors are encouraged to support our local food bank or toy drive to help families in need this Holiday Season.
Together, we can make Caledonia shine in more ways than one.
How to Participate
Step 1: Register Your Home
Sign up by November 27 to be part of the fun and have your home featured on the official Let It Glow Map.
All displays are welcome—traditional, modern, cultural, or creative.
Missed the deadline? No worries we will continue to add submissions throughout the season. However, the earlier the submission the better your odds!
Step 2: Set Up Your Display
Have your lights ready by November 28 and keep them up until December 28 so the community can enjoy and vote.
Optional: Add a Let It Glow yard sign from Nick & Traci Realty to show your participation. ($10 Fee for yard sign)
Step 3: Spread the Cheer
Invite friends, family, and neighbours to visit your display and vote for their favourites.
Share your photos and videos using #LetItGlowCaledonia to help light up the town.
How to Vote
Voting Dates: November 28 – December 28
Each household may vote once for the display that best captures:
Creativity
Seasonal Spirit
Curb Appeal
Help choose Caledonia’s brightest and most festive home of the season.
Prizes and Recognition
Celebrate your creativity with exciting prizes and community recognition.
Main Winner – Most public votes
Team Favourite – Chosen by Nick & Traci Realty for outstanding creativity or festive charm
Kids’ Pick – Selected by local children for the most cheerful or magical display
Winners will be announced December 29 on our website and social media pages.
Each winner will receive a local gift card and a festive prize package.

By entering the Let It Glow Neighbourhood Light Display Contest, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Public Display: By registering, participants consent to having their name, address, and submitted photos publicly shared on the Let It Glow online map, website, and social media platforms for promotional and voting purposes.
Safety and Liability: Participants are fully responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of their own decorations and lighting displays. Nick & Traci Realty, its representatives, and any event partners or affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, including but not limited to weather-related incidents, electrical malfunctions, property damage, or personal injury.
Voting and Fairness: Nick & Traci Realty reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent voting or conduct deemed inappropriate, and make final decisions regarding contest results.
Photography and Media Use: Submitted or publicly available photos of participating displays may be used in promotional materials, media coverage, or future advertising related to this or future events, without additional notice or compensation.
Contest Modifications: Nick & Traci Realty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
